Gabriel Gervai is the co-founder of Zenith Equity Partners, a consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses achieve their highest potential. He graduated with Honours from Flagler College with a degree in Business Administration, focusing on finance and marketing. Throughout his academic journey, he consistently excelled, earning a place on the President’s List.

Gabriel's passion for business was recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Distinguished Major Award in Business Administration, Marketing, and International Business, the Business Advisory Boards Scholarship for the top-performing student in the business school, and the NFFRFA Doug Milne Scholarship. Additionally, he won the Eco Warrior Award at the Jacksonville Venture Competition and placed in the Society for the Advancement of Management Case Competition, where he led his team to victory as President.

During his tenure at Flagler College, Gabriel thrived in various capacities, including winning the Lion's Cage Pitch Competition and being a regular on the Dean’s List. His experience extends to practical roles such as working with the Capital Market's team at Discover Multifamily, where he optimized strategic plans for campaigns, scripts, and funnels, driving investor participation. He also supported the team in securing $8.5M in private equity, which facilitated the acquisition of 'The Retreat,' a 136-unit Texas apartment complex. Furthermore, he implemented search engine optimization techniques to increase email marketing performance.

In addition to his role at Discover Multifamily, Gabriel served as an intern at Idea Storm Creations, Inc., where he learned underwriting, refined deal analysis skills, excelled in engagements with high-status professionals, and became proficient in cold calling. His commitment to excellence continued during his internship at McGraw in St. Augustine, FL, where he improved HubSpot sequences to assist in onboarding new clients and scheduled weekly discovery calls through cold-calling prospects, paving the way for tailored solutions and successful partnerships.
